Chris

Chris quickly dispensed with the usual introductory information – he was tall and a bit older than me – and then he got to the good stuff. There was nothing new in Chris’s message but, reading back on my note, I sense a gentle kindness I regret not meeting.

Like many before him, he worked in the film industry and, unlike most before him, he had managed to see Barton Fink. Chris described himself as smart, funny, aware and a lover of fun. He wished simply to be with someone who embodied those qualities. I think I did. It would have been nice to see if we could have embodied them together.
